Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Vemoni (“Vemoni”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our Discord verification bot, our websites at vemoni.info, and the partner, buyer and investor dashboards (together, the “Service”), and how we use and protect it.

1. Introduction

By adding the Vemoni bot to a Discord server, completing a verification, or signing in to any Vemoni dashboard, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run verification, the advertising network and payouts:

• Discord account data — your Discord user ID, username, global (display) name and avatar, obtained through the Discord API or Discord OAuth when you sign in.
• Server data — the IDs and names of Discord servers where the bot is added, verification cards you create, and roles the bot manages.
• Verification & join records — which member verified on which server, which sponsor server a member joined through an ad, timestamps, and whether the member stayed or left.
• Payment details you provide — for partners: payout requisites such as a crypto wallet address, a Telegram user ID (for automatic USDT transfers), or card/other details; for buyers: wallet top-up and campaign records; for investors: investment positions.
• Balances and transactions — earnings, charges, withdrawals and their status.
• Technical data — basic session and request information (for example an authentication token stored in your browser) needed to keep you signed in and to secure the Service.

We do not collect the content of your private messages, and we do not read messages in your server beyond what is required for the verification flow.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the verification bot and grant the verified role.
• To run the advertising network — showing sponsor invites during verification and matching joins to campaigns.
• To count verified joins and to calculate, process and pay out earnings.
• To provide and personalise the partner, buyer, investor and admin dashboards.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and manipulation of join counts.
• To communicate with you about your account, payouts and important changes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only where necessary to operate the Service:

• Discord — we interact with the Discord API to provide verification and read the public data described above, subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Payment providers — to send payouts and process top-ups we use third‑party payment services (such as Crypto Pay / CryptoBot on Telegram). Only the details needed to complete a transaction are shared.
• Legal — we may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of the Service.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw the bot from your server at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us on our support server. Note that some records (for example completed transactions) may be retained where we are required to keep them.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Removing the bot or requesting deletion stops further collection.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (at least 13 years old, or the higher age required in your country) to use Discord and, therefore, Vemoni. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
