Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Vemoni (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our Discord bots, the website vemoni.info and the partner cabinet (together, the “Service”), and how we use and protect it. It covers partners, DMALL users, giveaway participants and members of servers where our bots work.

1. Introduction

By adding a Vemoni bot to a server, entering a giveaway or signing in to the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

• Discord account — your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar and banner, received from Discord when you sign in (through Discord or with a one‑time code sent to you in Discord).
• Servers — IDs, names, icons, banners and member counts of servers where our bots are; the channels, roles and emojis needed to run giveaways; your giveaway templates and settings.
• Giveaways — who entered which giveaway, on which server and when; the winners.
• Sponsor joins and server tags — whether a participant joined a sponsor server through an ad, when, and whether they stayed or left; whether members wear a server tag, and the number of tag wearers per server. To check this, our bots and service accounts read member lists and public profiles on the servers they are on.
• DMALL — the servers you add, the messages and sender profile you compose, your broadcast settings (including excluded IDs), sent and failed counts, and the cost of each broadcast.
• Payments — the payout details you enter (for example a crypto wallet address or a Telegram ID); top‑up records (amount, provider, status). We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Balances and journal — paid and reversed joins, referral bonuses and your referral links, payouts and manual corrections.
• Support — your tickets, messages and the files you attach.
• Technical data — a session cookie and a sign‑in token kept in your browser, your language choice, data cached in your browser for faster loading, and request data such as your IP address, used for security and rate limiting.

We do not read your private messages, and we do not read or store messages on your server beyond the commands, reactions and buttons addressed to our bots. The “new member” mentions some servers enable are deleted right away. We use no analytics or advertising trackers on vemoni.info.

3. How We Use Information

• To run giveaways, draw winners and show giveaway pages.
• To show sponsor ads, check joins and tags, and calculate, reverse and pay out earnings and referral bonuses.
• To deliver your DMALL broadcasts and bill them.
• To build the tag rating and the public lists of servers.
• To run your cabinet, answer your tickets and tell you about your account, payouts and important changes.
• To detect and prevent fraud, alternate accounts and abuse.

4. What Is Public

• Giveaway pages (vemoni.info/giveaway/…) — the prize, the Discord name and avatar of each participant, the server they entered on, and the winners. Anyone with the link can open the page.
• Tag rating and server lists — server names, icons, tags, member counts, numbers of tag wearers and invite links. No individual members are listed.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed to run the Service:

• Discord — our bots and service accounts work through Discord, under Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.
• DMALL delivery partner — the service that sends broadcasts receives the server ID, your message, sender profile and broadcast settings (including excluded IDs), and reports delivery back to us.
• Payment providers — top‑ups and payouts go through third‑party crypto payment services (such as NOWPayments and Crypto Pay / CryptoBot). They receive only what a payment needs.
• Other users, where it is part of the Service — a partner sees which members’ joins were paid or reversed on their servers; a referrer sees their referrals’ names, servers and joins.
• Hosting — the Service runs on servers we rent from a hosting provider. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
• Legal — we may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the Service and its users.

6. Staff Access

Our staff can view your cabinet and act in it to support you or to investigate abuse. Such actions are logged.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access limited to staff, two‑factor protection of the admin panel — to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We keep data as long as it is needed to run the Service. Records of balances, payments and payouts are kept for accounting and dispute resolution even after you stop using the Service. Giveaway pages stay available after a giveaway ends. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to remove your name from a giveaway page or your server from public lists — open a support ticket. Records we must keep (such as completed payments) may be retained.
• Server owners can remove our bots at any time; members can leave a server, remove a server tag or close their direct messages in Discord.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children. You must meet Discord’s minimum age (at least 13, or higher where your country requires it). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
