Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vemoni Discord bot, the websites at vemoni.info, and the partner, buyer and investor dashboards (together, the “Service”), operated by Vemoni (“we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the bot, completing a verification, or signing in to any Vemoni dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vemoni provides a personal verification bot for Discord servers together with an advertising network. In short:

• Verification — members of a partner server complete a short, two‑click verification and receive a verified role.
• Advertising — during verification a sponsor’s server invite may be shown. Partners earn for verified joins that come through their server; buyers pay to advertise their server to that audience.
• Payouts — partner earnings are tracked as a balance and paid out to the details you provide.
• Investing — the optional investor feature lets users buy a server’s future invites at a discount, with returns paid from real sales.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you provide; we are not liable for funds sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and on servers you control.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Generate fake, automated, self‑botted, incentivised or otherwise fraudulent joins or verifications, or otherwise manipulate join counts, balances or payouts.
• Advertise content that is illegal, deceptive, malicious, or that violates Discord’s rules (for example scams, malware, or NSFW where not permitted).
• Use multiple accounts to abuse referrals, payouts or the investor feature.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse‑engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may withhold or reverse earnings, cancel campaigns, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

5. Payments, Earnings & Payouts

• Partner earnings accrue per verified join that is delivered through an active ad, at the rate shown in the dashboard.
• If a member who was counted leaves the sponsor server, the corresponding join may be reversed and the amount clawed back from the partner’s balance.
• Payouts are created automatically once a partner’s balance reaches the withdrawal threshold and are sent to the requisites you provide. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
• Buyers fund campaigns by topping up a wallet; charges are made as ads are delivered. Amounts spent on delivered joins are non‑refundable.
• Investor returns depend on real sales of the invites you purchased and are not guaranteed within any fixed timeframe; specific investor conditions are described in the investor dashboard.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vemoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or Discord standing, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and remove the bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or other users. Unpaid balances tied to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
