Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vemoni Discord bots, the website vemoni.info and the partner cabinet (together, the “Service”), operated by Vemoni (“we”, “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding a Vemoni bot to a server, entering a giveaway, or signing in to the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

• Giveaway partnership — a server owner adds the Vemoni bot with administrator rights, and we run giveaways on that server with a sponsor’s ad under each. The partner is paid for participants who join the sponsor server through the ad and stay until the ad ends.
• Giveaways — members of partner servers can enter giveaways for the prizes described in each giveaway message. Every giveaway has a public page with its countdown, participants and winners.
• DMALL — direct‑message broadcasts to the members of servers you add in your cabinet, paid from a prepaid DMALL balance.
• Referral program — a bonus for inviting other server owners into the partnership.
• Tag rating — a public rating of servers by the number of members wearing their server tag.
• Verification cards — cards created before the giveaway partnership keep working for the partners who have them.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You sign in with your Discord account (through Discord or with a one‑time code we send you in Discord). You must meet Discord’s minimum age and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• One person — one account. You are responsible for everything done under your account and on the servers you manage, and for the accuracy of the payout details you enter.
• Our staff may open your cabinet and act in it (for example, set up your servers or start a DMALL broadcast on your server) to support you or to investigate abuse. Such actions are logged.

4. Giveaway Partnership

• By adding the bot with administrator rights you allow it to post giveaways and sponsor ads on your server, create and manage giveaway channels, and — if enabled for your server — briefly mention new members in the giveaway channel.
• You are paid per join at your rate shown in the cabinet, for a participant who joins the sponsor server through the ad. If that member leaves before the ad ends, the join is reversed and the amount is taken back from your balance. A member already counted for that sponsor, or one who joins after the ad has ended, is not paid.
• We decide which giveaways run, when, with which prizes and which ads. Your rate may change; the new rate applies to joins after the change.
• Removing the bot, taking away its permissions or deleting its messages stops the giveaways and further earnings on that server.

5. Giveaway Rules for Participants

• You enter by the reaction or button shown on the giveaway message. Entry is free. Some giveaways ask you to join a sponsor server or wear a server tag.
• Winners are drawn at random among eligible participants when the giveaway ends. A giveaway run on several servers at once has one shared list of participants and one draw.
• A winner must claim the prize within 10 minutes of the results. An unclaimed prize may be drawn again.
• One entry per person. Entries from alternate accounts, self‑bots or other automation are disqualified. We may cancel a giveaway, redraw winners or refuse a prize if the rules are broken.
• Your Discord name and avatar appear in the public list of participants and winners on the giveaway page.

6. DMALL

• Add only servers you own or administer and where you have the right to message the members. The DMALL bot must be on the server with administrator rights.
• The price is shown in the cabinet (currently $1 per 1,000 messages; at least 100 messages per broadcast). The full amount is taken from your DMALL balance at launch; the part that was not delivered is refunded to that balance when the broadcast ends.
• Delivery is not guaranteed: members may have direct messages closed, a server may have fewer reachable members than ordered, and each server has a daily limit — the rest is queued and sent later.
• You are fully responsible for the content of your broadcasts and its consequences, including actions Discord may take against your server or accounts. We may stop or refuse any broadcast that breaks these Terms.

7. Referral Program

• You earn 10% of what your referral is paid for giveaway joins, paid by us on top — your referral’s pay is not reduced. The bonus accrues and is credited as $0.01 for every $0.10 your referral earns; if their join is reversed, the bonus for it is reversed too.
• Inviting yourself or your own alternate accounts is not allowed.

8. Balances, Top‑ups & Payouts

• Your partner balance (earnings) and your DMALL balance (prepaid for broadcasts) are separate.
• The DMALL balance is topped up in cryptocurrency through third‑party payment providers and is used to pay for broadcasts. It is not paid out, unless the law requires otherwise. Network and provider fees are yours.
• Partner earnings are paid out to the details you provide once the balance reaches the threshold shown in the cabinet. Processing times depend on the payment provider. We are not liable for funds sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• We may correct a balance that was credited by mistake, and hold or cancel earnings connected to a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create fake, automated, self‑botted or paid joins, entries or tag wear, use alternate accounts, or otherwise manipulate joins, giveaways, balances, referrals or payouts.
• Send or advertise anything illegal, deceptive or harmful — scams, phishing, malware, fake giveaways, hate, harassment, or NSFW content where it is not permitted.
• Add servers you have no right to manage, or broadcast to members of such servers.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse‑engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users’ cabinets.

We may reverse or withhold earnings, stop giveaways and broadcasts, and suspend or close accounts involved in such activity.

10. Public Information

Servers taking part in the Service — their name, icon, member counts and invite link — may be shown on vemoni.info: on the homepage, in the tag rating and on giveaway pages. If you do not want your server shown, write to us and we will remove it.

11. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It depends on Discord and on third‑party providers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vemoni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or Discord standing, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and remove our bots at any time. We may suspend or close your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if your use harms the Service or other users. Balances connected to fraud may be forfeited.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
